management" are often more stress producing than stress
relieving and learn how to replace them with approaches that are
more centering and productive. |

the concept of balance in business and personal terms. |

Identify
the elements of "perfect" balance and begin
restructuring an environment to maintain it. |

with a planner which can be filled in and used on a daily basis
to support the new ideas they learned. |
