WHAT ARE THE 7 STEPS?

These are the 7 Steps you will find in your Core Essence Workbook as well as quite a bit of other material.

STEP 1: WILLINGNESS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
Breaking the cycle of doing what you have always done is a difficult task. But, it's important to open your mind to other possibilities beyond what you are currently doing. I will help you do that.

STEP 2: COMMITMENT TO BEING WHO YOU ARE, NOT WHO OR WHAT SOMEONE WANTS YOU TO BE.
Commitment is usually framed in terms of outside people places and things. You may think of commitment to a relationship or family or a job or policies and procedures or a political party. The commitment addressed here is in relationship to self, a sorely under-committed aspect of our lives.

STEP 3: SELF-DEFINITION.
Who are You? This refers to the various aspects of your Core Essence that I am going to identify with you. If you subtract your responsibilities, the bills, and the expectations of others, what do you have left? Most of us truly know very little. I certainly did not when I had my Cancer in 1986. If we do know, we are fearful about expressing it so it lies dormant, sometimes for years, sometimes forever, leading us to have lives as Thoreau described as "quiet desperation." It's a good idea to avoid that, as it is unnecessary.
