The first step is to provide you with your personal "fire architecture" so you can fire up your dreams.
This in depth personal one on one coaching session is designed to uncover your burning desires, fan the flames of your passion, recognize missing pieces, identify blocks, develop a strategic vision and plan for your future. These are elements that need to be addressed to create the “kindling” to really start your fire.

The Questions: A series of written eye-opening questions to act as a springboard for our time together. Previous clients have learned a lot from answering the questions alone.
2 Hour Intensive One on One Personal Session. This is a very individual experience and can delve into everything from motivations, points of resistance, and core beliefs to marketing, business strategy, operations, and new directions.

Yes, the coaching will be insightful, your vision work inspiring, and the knowledge base incredibly valuable, but our Fired Up Mastermind Network is the “secret sauce.” We are going to help you actually DO IT.
We are going to help you actually Launch and Lift Off!
That’s where you may be falling down. You have ideas, you’re smart, you even have great vision, but nothing is happening. Your vision has not yet turned into focused action. But, that’s over now.
Every 2 weeks you will be making a very small commitment to your group that will move your forward and give you some momentum. Your leaders writes them down, you be e-mailed the list of commitments, and accountable at the next meeting.
Your membership in the network includes:
Teams: Ability to participate in any existing telephone based Mastermind team (4-6 running at any one time) as little or as much as you choose. Each team meets twice a month, and you will be assigned one after your initial session, however, you may go to more or change.
Leaders: All teams are led by a trained facilitator who is also a Fired Up graduate. They direct traffic on the call and work with you personally.
Small Groups: Most meetings range from 4-8 so you get lots of personal attention. No large teleconference where you get lost.
Recordings: If you miss a regularly attended team where you are on the roster, you will receive a recording of every call.
